RECTIFIERS
Electromagnetic single-phase brakes require direct current due to their working principle. Circuits that transfer the alternative voltage to the output are called Rectifier Circuits. The basic elements that perform the rectification function in these circuits are semiconductor diodes. Rectifier circuits are divided into two classes as Half Wave and Full Wave.
