The 500w welding machines are a Portable with good mobility air-cooling equipment, they are maintenance-free Medium power lasers developed by FANUCI. It adopts the phase-change heat dissipation method; the wavelength range is 1060nm~1100 nm.

Laser light exhibits unique characteristics that may pose safety hazards. Therefore, the laser light cannot be associated with any other light sources, all operators and people near the laser must be aware of these special hazards.

Technical Parameter

The FANUCI 500w air-cooled welding machine is a dual function machine: welding and seam cleaning. The desired parameters can be adjusted by knob according to different needs, convenient and fast.

Main welding head.

FANUCI welding machines are equipped with a proprietary modern welding head with a moving beam PRO WOBBLE motorized system. It has a patented device for driving the focusing lens by means of an electric motor, which automatically changes the position of the focusing lens and thus the width of the beam. In this way, the width of the desired joint can be easily be adjusted. The machine panel is equipped with indicators, through which you can see whether the air pressure, safety clips and laser status is normal. The head is air-cooled, so it can work steadily and uninterruptedly. The ergonomic design of the unit makes it very stable when held in the hand.

Weld seam cleaning ·         Remove the wire feed assembly, welding nozzle and extension tube. Install the clean weld cleaning tooling.
